Our 4-Her™ app is a demonstration of the power of Cognitive Priming and how it influences effortless motivation to help you reach your weight loss goals.
Unlock your sensitivity to the subconscious prompts that guide your every decision with Cognitive Priming using Creative Cognitions™, LLC proprietary technology Smart1C2®.
You need mental fortitude just to reject junk food and/or to begin exercise. Do you have that voice in your head telling you otherwise? It is that voice that nudges us saying, “I can skip exercising today.” or “I can eat that donut and make up for it later.” Negative nudges originate in the subconscious and are learned rationalizations embedded in our minds. They play repeatedly, influence our conscious decisions, and sabotage our goals. Our Cognitive Priming app delivers positive nudges, which when they offset negative thoughts, support healthier decisions and actions.
Cognitive Priming is a proven method of stimulating your subconscious by delivering positive images with millisecond exposures. You may not sense exposures directly – but your ever-working subconscious is constantly sensitive to the Primes being delivered. With repeated exposures, you will experience more frequent healthier decisions. Cognitive Priming can only nudge you to do that which you are already motivated to do (i.e. to lose weight.)
Once you hit Start, the app recedes into the background, the Priming starts, and a flash may be sensed every couple of minutes. The flash is the means of delivering images that will motivate you to make healthier eating and exercising decisions. However, most users will not see anything. Images delivered in this manner will be processed by your subconscious without awareness by your conscious mind. This lack of distraction is a key advantage of Cognitive Priming over all other motivational methods.
How do I know the app is working if I cannot see anything?
When the app is working, you may sense a flash on your screen about every two minutes. If you do not see it, try displaying a dark static screen and staring at it for two minutes. In this state you are more likely to sense the flash (you may need to adjust your Screen Timeout so that it does not turn off because of inactivity). After using the app for a week or so, many users report consuming more apples, fruit or water. These are some of the positive primes being used. Watch for changes in your habits (i.e. exercising more, eating better, and associating new habits with having fun – a sure sign that the app is working.)
What is the evidence that Cognitive Priming works?
Cognitive Priming has been repeatedly shown to nudge a person’s decision-making in controlled experiments. Until Creative Cognitions™ LLC, the power of Cognitive Priming was not available for field use or for the public. Specific reviews of the science can be found on our website under SMART1C2™ Downloads. Another more direct immediate experience of Cognitive Priming is by using our PrimeMeSmart™ app where you can get a sense of the power of this method.
Why do I not feel that the Cognitive Priming is working for me?
4-Her™ app delivers positive nudges to your subconscious, where, your subconscious weighs the positive “Eat an apple.” with the negative “Eat potato chips.” Depending on the strength of your negative thoughts, it will take time and repeated exposures before the positive nudges control the negative. Give it several weeks and use your phone more often.
